Scooby-dooby-don't

JINKIES! Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase, Five, 5.20pm
In the minds of most right-thinking people, Scooby Doo is firmly set in the 1970s. It's a constant source of comfort that, while fashions and hairstyles may come and go in the real world, Velma will still be sporting a chunky-knit polo neck and Fred will be sticking with his orange cravat, even though people are laughing and pointing at him in the street. Unfortunately, the people who now make Scooby Doo seem determined to deprive us of this animated comfort blanket. Only the other week we saw an episode in which Simple Plan took time out from their latest tour to help the gang, and this movie sees Scooby and co battling a computer virus. It shouldn't be allowed.
