NO NEED!

It is with a heavy heart that lowculture learns of Mark and Lard's departure from Radio 1 next month. Our main, and perhaps sole reason for listening to the channel will leave the schedules after the final show on March 26.
Our humour wasn't particularly brightened upon discovering that Scott Mills will be stepping in for Sara Cox while she is on maternity leave.
And not being sports fans* we're not overly excited by the prospect of a weekend sports show being presented by "comedy" Dave Vitty and Mark Chapman.
In short, we're thoroughly fucking miserable about the whole deal. Join us in mourning by laughing like children at some of Mark and Lard's best bits. We like Down Count.
*Footballers Wives excepted.
