SATURDAY
» SMTV Live 9.30am, ITV1 ... If you tuned in to MTV on Thursday night to check out our boys Triple 8 at 7pm, you might have noticed that they were conspicuous by their absence. Never mind, they are on this instead.
» Casualty 8.25pm, BBC1 ... All very so-so at the moment, but we smell incest in the air when Dr Merlin decides to track down his birth mother. Will Mellor is back too, which might please some of you.
» Reborn In The USA 9.30pm, ITV1 ... We hereby declare this, officially, Not As Good As It Used To Be. Build 'em up, knock 'em down...
SUNDAY
» Popworld 9.30am, Channel 4 ... Our favourite thing on telly. We know it's on at a ridiculously early hour, but you can always set the video - it will be worth it.
» Smallville 6.35pm, Channel 4 ... Thought Tom Welling, who plays Clark, couldn't get any sexier? Tune in tonight to see him as Evil Clark after an unfortunate incident with some red Kryptonite.
» Mile High 10am, Sky One ... We were pleasantly surprised to find that Mile High had an engaging and enjoyable storyline to go with the soft-porn sequences last week. And we're even happier to report that a second series has been commissioned. Tonight, though, KC can't resist an opportunity to humiliate Janis.
