» Mel C and Triple 8 7pm and midnight, MTV ... This is more of a very high point than a low point – make sure you don't miss this chance to see the '8 perform live, so you can be all smug and tell everyone you liked them before they were famous when they inevitably become famous.
» Banzai 10.30pm, E4 ... New series of the ridiculous betting show. Lady One Question is back, and there is a game in which you have to guess the size of Jeanette Krankie's bra. Fantastic!
» Fat Girls And Feeders 11.10pm, Channel 4 ... Documentary about men who feed their partners up like a Christmas goose because they prefer doing it with larger ladies.
