» What Not To Wear On The Red Carpet 9pm, BBC2 ... A repeat, granted, but anyone who missed this the first time round should definitely tune in this time. Trinny and Susannah makeover Sophie Raworth and Jo Brand for an appearance at the Baftas. Jo's caustic comments had us in stitches, and she ended up looking quite spiffing as well.
» A Life Of Grime 9.30pm, Channel 1 ... Talk about taking How Clean Is Your House? to the extreme, this series is more often a case of Where Haven't You Emptied Your Bowels? Just make sure you aren't eating when this is on.
» Daylight 9pm, ITV1 ... Mindless action movie featuring Sly Stallone as a former emergency worker trapped in a tunnel with your usual collection of doomed bods and unlikely survivors. One to wind down to.
