The schlock you won't want to miss today
» Carry On Girls 5pm, UK Gold ... We've always had a bit of a soft spot for Carry On films, especially on a Sunday. Expect plenty of "Ooh, I say!" "Well, really!" and ladies' undergarments.
» Coronation Street 7.35pm, ITV 1 ... Gail calls the social services on Sarah. Bitch! And Hayley decides to leave Roy. She must have caught his appearance on Stars in the Eyes as well, then . . .
» 100 Greatest TV Characters 9pm, Channel 4 ... The second showing of the first section of a two-part look at . . . er, the 100 greatest TV characters. A bit of a slog at more than two hours long, but might be worth sitting through for classic clips of Dirty Den and Ange, and Homer Simpson.
