» Boy George made his infamous guest appearance in The A-Team on this day in 1986. In the episode in question, Cowboy George, Face thinks he's booked Cowboy George into one of the West's toughest dance halls, but his agent friend sends him Boy George instead, with the customary hilarious consequences.
» Alan Dale, now a busy actor in Hollywood but, to us, forever Jim Robinson from Neigbours, is 56 today. He shares his birthday with George Clooney, who is 42 but would still totally get it. Johnny Morris, the legendary presenter of Animal Magic, died on this day in 1999.
