» Dazzle 12.35pm, Sky Movies Premier ... If you're as excited as we are about the prospect of Maxwell Caulfield joining the cast of Casualty, you will be pleased to know you don't have to wait until September to see his toothsome grin lighting up your telly – because he's in this crappy film about a fairy who takes on human form and enters the lives of a widower and his daughter.
» Quincy, ME 1pm, ITV1 ... BBC1 might have Murder, She Wrote, but ITV is fighting back with everyone's favourite crime-fighting pathologist. And yes, it is Quincy ME, not Quincy MD. We checked.
» The Simpsons 6pm, BBC2 ... Yet another tip-top episode. This is the one where Homer runs for the job of sanitation commissioner, and soon sends the department broke ("They let me sign cheques with a stamp, Marge. A STAMP!").
