Wednesday's Low Points

The schlock you won't want to miss today
» The Bill 8pm, ITV1 ... When are the team going to realise that Cathy Bradford completely mental? She's a scary lady, and we wouldn't want to meet her up a dark alley (or even up a bright one).
» Location, Location, Location 8pm, Channel 4 ... It seems like little more than a week since we last saw Phil and Kirsty (because it is), but here they are with a new series already. We're hanging on for an episode in which they lose patience with whichever loser they're trying to find a property and smack them one in the face. Kirsty looks like she would be handy in a fight.
» At Home With The Braithwaites 9.20pm, ITV1 ... lowculture's own High Priestess is still in her mourning dress after the shocking events of last week, and will no doubt be wearing black for the forseeable future. Tonight, Alison finds herself at the centre of attention for all the wrong reasons (ie murder and toyboys).

About Us

According to Marxist theory, cultural forms such as opera, classical music and the literary works of Shakespeare all fall under the heading of high culture. Low culture refers to a wide variety of cultural themes that are characterised by their consumption by the masses. We might not be Marxists, but we do know we loved Footballers Wives. If you do too, you'll know what this is all about.
