» Sarah Vandenbergh, who played horse-riding, STD-catching, Brad-shagging Lauren Carpenter in Neighbours, is 31 today. And Nicky out of Westlife is 25 today. He remains the fittest member of the group, although Mark would also get it if he was asking. Which he isn't. Sigh.
