Following through

There's just about enough time to wish lowculture viewer Willfull Iguana a happy birthday. The absence of a comment box meant Willfull was unable to let you know personally, so here's an especially cheerful fact to make up for it.
» On this day in 1992, executions resumed in California. However, the state still falls behind Texas and Florida for the number of inmates put to death.
Please bear this in mind if ever celebrating your birthday in any of these locations. You might be better off staying in and playing pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey.
