No expense spared
Angel held a masked ball yesterday in Crossroads.
And where did she stage this lavish, high-profile occation? The ballroom? A function suite?
Nope, she held it in reception, because - whoops - they spent all the money on one set, so everything has to happen there.
Speaking of which, we hope rumours that Crossroads is to be axed (again) if it doesn't pick up another half a million viewers are not true. We live in a troubled world, and quite like having 30 minutes of gaudy sets, OTT acting and silly storylines to look forward to when we come come each evening.
