Here comes the pikey bride

lowculture reader Peter is not happy.
He wants us to explain why we have not mentioned the pinnacle of televisual low culture that was ITV's Surprise Wedding.
There's actually a very good reason - we forgot to watch it. Unforgivable, we know.
Anyway, the TiVo is set to capture tonight's episode, even if we forget and go late-night shopping instead, so we will return to the subject soon. Your homework for the day is to tune in as well (ITV1, 9pm).
