Remember my name

lowculture may have found a reason to watch Comic Relief does Fame Academy after all.
With the news that David Ginola pulled out at the last minute (probably washing his hair, we would imagine), we were delighted to discover he had been replaced by funny girl Doon MacKichan.
Those of us who can remember the Can’t Live/papercut sketch from her Smack the Pony days will know that not only is she a comedy gem, she also has a great set of lungs on her.
However, we fear poor Doon may be off to an initial disadvantage in tonight’s opening stages of the competition.
For, logging on to the BBC website, lowculture was dismayed to find her name had not yet been added to the list of contestants.
To redress the balance, here are the details you need to vote for Doon. Either dial 09011 154 007, or text “VOTE DOON” to 82200.
